  • What is subscription & how does it work?

    A subscription is a recurring delivery program that you sign up for to receive our products at regular intervals. You can choose from our 15-day, 30-day, or 60-day subscription plans, and enjoy a 10% discount off regular prices on all purchases.

  • Can I change the frequency of my order delivery?

    Yes, you can update your subscription frequency by logging into your account and updating your preferences.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You will be able to cancel your subscription after at least 2 deliveries.

    You may cancel your subscription in your account: https://hawaiianhost.com/account

    Go to Manage Subscription >Cancel Subscription

    If required, provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.

    Any orders that have already been processed have not been cancelled.

    If you would like to try to cancel or make changes to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at aloha@hawaiianhost.com or aloha@maunaloa.com

    Please be aware that we will do what we can to accomdate you; however, changes are not guaranteed.

    If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time.


  • Can I skip my next shipment?

    Yes, you can skip the next shipment and you can even update your subscription frequency by logging into your account and updating your preferences.

    Log in to your customer portal to skip a delivery.

    Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.

    Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.

  • How do I edit the next order date?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the next delivery date. You can skip the next shipment or edit frequency instead

  • Can I swap product?

    As long as the next order has not been shipped yet, you can swap out products on your subscription

  • Can I change the address on the subscription?

    Please contact us if you need to edit the shipping address for the next order

  • How do I qualify for free shipping

    We offer free shipping for orders $70+.


  • Can I change the product in my next subscription?

    Yes, you can switch


  • How can I login to my customer account?

    You can access your customer portal through your store account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

    Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

    You can also access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is typically sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.
