  1. Cream butter and sugars with a mixer on high for 4 minutes, until fluffy and pale.
  2. Reduce speed, add eggs one at a time, scraping the bowl as needed. Add vanilla.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients (except macadamias and guava) on medium until creamy.
  4. Fold in macadamias, coconut, and guava; do not overmix.
  5. Scoop cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving ½-inch space between.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes, until golden around the edges.
  7. Cool before enjoying.
