Mauna Loa x Shaka Tea Lilikoʻi Star Cocktail
Directions
- Add the sugar and tea to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a medium heat and let the sugar dissolve. Make sure to not allow syrup to boil too long past this point, otherwise, it will reduce and thicken.
- Turn off the heat, cover the saucepan, and let the syrup come to room temperature.
- Store syrup in a clean jar.
- Remove the popsicle off the stick into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it for 10 seconds at a time until it is liquid consistency. We’re not trying to warm this liquid up, so keep an eye on it!
- Add every ingredient to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake the tin for roughly 10 seconds. The longer you shake it, the more the ice will break and dissolve, diluting the cocktail.
- Strain the contents into a chilled martini glass. Enjoy!

- 1.5 oz Mauna Loa Mango Lilikoʻi Vanilla Popsicle, melted
- 0.75 oz Shaka Tea Mango Hibiscus 12oz Can Herbal Tea 12-Pack simple syrup (see Tea Simple Syrup below)
- 1.5 oz vodka
0.75 oz lime juice

- 1 cup Shaka Tea Mango Hibiscus 12oz Can Herbal Tea 12-Pack
- 1 cup sugar
