Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026: Mauna Loa Free Trip Giveaway. By entering (or otherwise participating in) the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a binding contract, so read them carefully before entering.
The Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026: Mauna Loa Free Trip Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who at the time of entry are: (i) at least the legal age of majority or older in their jurisdiction of residence (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska); and (ii) in physical attendance at the 2026 Sweets & Snacks Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada (the "Conference") as a registered attendee.
Employees, officers and directors of Hawaiian Host Candies of LA LLC ("Sponsor"), Realtime Media LLC ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
The Sweepstakes begins at or about 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on May 19, 2026, ends at 3:00 p.m. PT on May 20, 2026, and is available only during public hours of the Conference (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device.
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Mauna Loa booth at the Conference (the "Booth") and present your Conference badge to Booth staff for scanning. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Bonus Entry: After entering at the Booth, you may obtain three (3) additional entries by completing all of the following:

Posts must be suitable for public viewing and must not include consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms; promote unsafe activities; or promote any political agenda. Do not use content that is not your own.

At or about 4:00 p.m. PT on May 20, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be notified via email and phone call using the information associated with their entry immediately after the drawing. As part of the winner notification process, the potential winner will be required to complete and sign a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement ("Declaration").
The Declaration will be available at the Booth if the winner can return before the close of the Conference on May 20, 2026. Otherwise, it will be emailed and must be returned within three (3) days. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (up to three alternates).
One (1) Prize: A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for two (2) people to Waikiki, Hawaii, including:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,300. Actual value may vary based on departure location and fluctuations in airfare and hotel costs.
Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the actual value of the prize received.
Subject to applicable law, the winner expressly grants to the Sweepstakes Parties the irrevocable right to use and publish his/her name, social handles, likeness, voice, biography, and place of residence for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation beyond the prize awarded.
In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control (including fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, labor dispute, act of God, communications or equipment failure, terrorist activity, or government order), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be violating the Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tampering with the entry process.
The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, or undelivered entries or emails; (b) incorrect entry information or failed data transmissions; (c) unauthorized access or alteration of entries; (d) technical malfunctions, failures, or errors of any kind; (e) inaccessibility of the internet or website; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants' computers related to participation.
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure, the Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
All entrants, as a condition of participation, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties, LinkedIn Corporation, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns ("Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, losses, damages, or actions of any kind for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property in connection with: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize, including travel; (iii) any violation of rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property; (iv) entrant's registration material; or (v) any typographical or human error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the Sweepstakes.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Hawaii, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (A) ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION; (B) CLAIMS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS NOT TO EXCEED $10.00, WITH NO ATTORNEYS' FEES; (C) ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES; AND (D) ENTRANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
The parties agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration. Any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS Inc. or any successor. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in the State of Hawaii.
Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator's fees to conduct the arbitration (excluding any travel costs of entrant). Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
As a condition of entering, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws. By participating, each entrant agrees to all terms and conditions of the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at hawaiianhostgroup.com/privacy-policy.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event of any discrepancy between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
